I opened a can of coconut milk for another dish and have more than half sitting in the fridge. I think I’ll dry this dish: it sounds amazing! Thanks!

This is great, the dish reminds me of some recipes in old rastafarian cookbook that my husband found at a garage sale. Except that none of those recipes had meat. Anyhow, similar, super vibrant flavors.
