Oh I love it when the rub include a touch of coriander seeds, it makes it more fragrant and flavorful. Sticky toffee pudding sound sinfully delicious.

That pork shoulder looks wonderful. You are so right about it being a wonderful and perfect winter dish.

I’m thinking of doing a fennel gratin like this (or perhaps this one itself!) for my mother-in-law’s birthday next week. Hubby’s lactose intolerance be damned!
